I grew up fly fishing and guiding the trout streams of Colorado. It was an amazing place to hone my skills as a fisherman and a guide, however, I always felt a calling to the Pacific Northwest. When the time came, I decided to get my degree at the University of Oregon in Eugene. The rest is history and I’ve been here ever since, fishing all along the way. Although I’ve had the privilege of fishing all around the world, the Willamette Valley and the McKenzie River in particular, is home for a reason. From salmon, steelhead, crab and ocean fish to trout and warm-water, Oregon is the place for me.
